As a customer and subscriber of OIDO services.
Our guiding principle is that we only collect what we need and only process this information to provide you with the service you have subscribed for.
For certain services we use a select number of trusted external service providers. These service providers are carefully selected and meet high standards of data protection, data privacy and security.
We only share information with them that is necessary for the services offered.
What we collect and what we use it for:
An email address is required to create an account. You must provide us with your email address if you wish to create a OIDO account. This allows you to log in and personalise your new account, and enables us to send you invoices, updates or other essential information.
The payment process is handled by an external payment provider. If you choose to create an account in OIDO, the billing information and the payment process will be handled by STRIPE. Please see STRIPE's privacy policy for full details. Your customers' payments will go to your own created stripe account.
When you write to us with a question or to ask for help. We keep that correspondence, including the email address, so that we have a history of previous correspondence to refer to if you contact us in the future. We only use this information in connection with answering the questions we receive.
We use the service Google FIREBASE for our account registration. Please see the Google FIREBASE privacy policy for full details.
Retention of data
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide you the Services, or as otherwise set out in this Policy.
We will also retain and use this information as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and protect OIDO's legal rights.
You may choose to delete your OIDO subscription at any time in Settings. All your data is permanently deleted immediately when you delete your account.
